Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, unaltered condition.
What We Offer
- Exchanges — swap for a different size, color, or item
- Store Credit — receive credit to use on future orders
- We do not offer refunds to original payment method.
Return Scenarios
- "I do not like or no longer want my item(s)"
You may return within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. A 15% restocking fee applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us for authorization before sending your return. - "My item is defective"
We inspect all items before shipping, but occasionally a factory defect slips through. Contact us and we will ship a replacement immediately along with a pre-paid return envelope for the defective item. - "I received the wrong item"
We apologize! Contact us and we will ship the correct item immediately along with a pre-paid return envelope for the incorrect item.
Store Credits
- When your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
- You can redeem it by clicking the link in the email or entering the code at checkout.
- You do not have to use the entire credit in one order — any remaining balance stays on your account.
- If your order total exceeds your credit balance, you can pay the difference with a secondary payment method.
